How can I order a MajicLINE™?
Currently, we are only taking orders online through our majicline.com website. Stay tuned as we expand into other retailers and locations!

 How do I install the product?
Locate area on boat in close proximity to cleats on vessel. Make sure you will be drilling one 1 1/8” hole, per installed MajicLINE™, in a thicker, stronger portion of the hull, ensuring there is plenty of space below deck for the entire unit to properly function. Drill 1 1/8” hole at desired location. Both round and paddle-bits will work. Measure twice, cut once! Unscrew top of durable plastic button that is attached to the patented loop.

Position the new unit under the vessel deck or gun whale and thread the loop with the plastic button-post still in-place on the end of the loop up through the newly-drilled 1 1/8” hole and pull line from above until unit hole collar rises into place and snugly into hole. Above the vessel’s deck, slide loop through 316L steel screw-top, screw the screw-top in place through 1 1/8” hole into female threading in unit below deck. Reattach plastic cap and securely screw back onto plastic button post until hand-tight. Allow the line to retract all the way back into the unit below deck. The button top should fit snugly into the 316L stainless-steel screw-top where it will be ready for its next use.

If I live outside the United States, will I be charged additional import fees, duties or taxes?
Possibly. Each nation has different regulations in regard to imported goods. We do not prepay or cover any import fees. Please see our special notice regarding duties, fees and taxes.

 Do you have a return policy?
If you aren’t satisfied with your MajicLINE™ for any reason within 30 days of receiving it, you can return it for a full refund minus the return shipping cost. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, we will make it right at no cost to you. Our packaging is specifically designed to ensure safe shipment. However, if damaged in shipment, a claim would need to be made with the shipper. Please contact us here with your request for returns or exchanges.
