Ever since humans first set out on the water, boating has been constantly changing. From the design of the craft to the means of propulsion, everything has been constantly changing. Everything has changed except for one thing, dock line.
Sooner or later, every craft comes in to dock, and you need a way to keep the craft from floating away. In the past boaters have had to put up with messy dock line always getting in the way, coiling and uncoiling, tangling and untangling, you’ve had to put up with soggy, musty ropes that rot away from the UV rays of the sun. But what could you do? You never had a choice until now. Now there is the MajicLINE, a Space-Age docking system that makes dock line problems a thing of the past. It’s a Patented system designed in cooperation with NASA engineers, and it truly eliminates dock line problems once and for all. It’s so easy anyone can use it. The first thing you’ll notice about MajicLINE™ is that it stores itself, just like a retractable tape measure. Simply let it go and MajicLINE™ zips back into storage, neatly out-of-the-way. MajicLINE™ is ideal for any powered craft, especially personal watercraft, where it’s almost impossible to store a dock line. Hang a dock line from the personal watercraft and it’s likely to get caught in the impeller, so you’re dead in the water, looking at hundreds of dollars for repair, but the MajicLINE™ zips right out of the way, ready to be pulled out when you get to the dock. That’s when you’ll notice the MajicLINE™ has another great feature, the MajicLOOP™ on the end of super strong, Technora Fiber. You can tie it off with two lines to a single point or multiple points, respective distances apart.

Apply Locktite Threadlocker to the threaded screw cap starting from the bottom of the thread towards the top. Apply as much Locktite as needed as use case may vary between watercraft application.

How can I order a MajicLINE?
Currently, we are only taking orders online through our majicline.com website. Stay tuned as we expand into other retailers and locations!
How do I install the product?
Locate area on boat in close proximity to cleats on vessel. Make sure you will be drilling one 1 1/8” hole, per installed MajicLINE, in a thicker, stronger portion of the hull, ensuring there is plenty of space below deck for the entire unit to properly function. Drill 1 1/8” hole at desired location. Both round and paddle-bits will work. Measure twice, cut once! Unscrew top of durable plastic button that is attached to the patented loop.
Position the new unit under the vessel deck or gun whale and thread the loop with the plastic button-post still in-place on the end of the loop up through the newly-drilled 1 1/8” hole and pull line from above until unit hole collar rises into place and snugly into hole. Above the vessel’s deck, slide loop through 316L steel screw-top, screw the screw-top in place through 1 1/8” hole into female threading in unit below deck. Reattach plastic cap and securely screw back onto plastic button post until hand-tight. Allow the line to retract all the way back into the unit below deck. The button top should fit snugly into the 316L stainless-steel screw-top where it will be ready for its next use.

Do you have a return policy?
If you aren’t satisfied with your MajicLINE for any reason within 30 days of receiving it, you can return it for a full refund minus the return shipping cost. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, we will make it right at no cost to you. Our packaging is specifically designed to ensure safe shipment. However, if damaged in shipment, a claim would need to be made with the shipper. Please contact us here with your request for returns or exchanges.

Warranty Requests:
All products purchased from SUNRISE BEACH INNOVATIONS come with a hassle-free warranty. Please take the time to register your product on this website as any warranty request can then be tracked through our system. Please note this process is for purchases made through www.aeongold.com website. Any purchases from Amazon or other 3rd party retailers must be returned through the original retailer. Please reach out to us when you have issues with your product or to quickly help resolve any concern you have. All new SUNRISE BEACH INNOVATIONS products carry a limited one-year warranty from date of purchase. If your product turns out to have a defect during its warranty period, please contact us via the response form below and let us know what we can do to help you. You may save time if you first troubleshoot your product using the product instruction manual or by using our FAQ page prior to submitting a warranty claim. This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.

Warranty Process
• You must provide a valid proof of purchase. A valid proof or purchase includes either the Order # from online purchases made through www.aeongold.com.
• The item’s serial number and visible proof of the identified defect are required
• If the product is deemed under warranty, the item may be repaired or replaced. It may be necessary to return the product for replacement of repair
• Returns must include all components
• Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
• If the item is found not to be under warranty, there may be a charge to repair. This will be addressed with the purchaser prior to beginning the repair.
• Warranty claims for a product defect expires 90 days after opening the claim.
• SUNRISE BEACH INNOVATIONS will cover the cost of shipping if the item is determined to be under warranty. Shipping for repairs or items accidentally sent to SUNRISE BEACH INNOVATIONS will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
The following are not covered under warranty
• Items with an expired warranty period
• Items without valid proof of purchase
• Items repaired by parties other than SUNRISE BEACH INNOVATIONS
• Damage from misuse of products
• Purchases from sellers other than SUNRISE BEACH INNOVATIONS and our authorized merchants
